Project Leader for implementation of Peoplesoft ERP Financial Management. Developed project charter and governance plan. Performed the screening and evaluation of US and India based consultant resources. Identified, defined and documented requirements. Worked with Peoplesoft functional and technical consultants to develop and execute the project plan.
Project Leader to develop and implement a comprehensive BI environment. Leveraged Microsoft’s SQL Server toolsets for ETL, data warehouse repository and OLAP. Implemented used SAP Business Objects Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence XI for front end reporting and analysis. Modeled and Integrated disparate systems and data regarding customers, fulfillment, campaign management
and eMarketing/eBroadcast response metrics. Provided reporting and analytical tools to support customer selection efforts and enabled near real-
time evaluation and decision-making regarding active marketing campaigns.
